Have you tried Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet marinade? I’m not generally a big Teriyaki fan, but the variation made my Mr. Yoshida won me over. Haven’t tried it on Beef yet, but it’s made Chicken breasts, thighs, wings and legs juicy and flavorful. I usually marinate the Chicken pieces overnight, then place ’em in the Ronco Rotisserie and forget about it, before the timer reminds.
